Florentino Mendes Pereira, Secretary General of the Party for Social Renewal (PRS, in power), Orlando Mendes Viegas, vice-president of this party and Minister of Fisheries in the resigning Government, Certório Biote, leader of the PRS parliamentary group, and Domingos Quadé, leader of the same political formation. On the list are others PRS members such as Carlitos Barai and Domingos Malu, current and former Minister of Public Health. Former General Prosecutor António Sedja Man and incumbent, Bacari Biai, Interior minister of the outgoing Government, Botché Candé, Herson Gougjabi Vaz, son of the Bissau-Guinean President, and the ministers of the Commerce, Victor Madinga, and Tourism, Fernando Vaz.
