To mark the International Day to Combat Drug Trafficking, the Guinean Observatory for Drugs and Drug Addiction holds a conference on the impact and consequences of drug use. The motto of this year's celebration is: "Listening first - listening to children and youth is the first step to helping them grow up healthy and safe."

The president of the Observatory, Abílio Aleluia Có Júnior; is the keynote speaker at the conference moderated by Lieutenant Colonel Manuel da Costa.

"There are no easy solutions" to the fight against drugs, as the UN Secretary-General says in his official message for the Day, recalling his own experience as a former ruler that we can chart a better way to combat the global problem of drugs. drugs.
