Closure of UNIOGBIS

New SRSG Ramos Horta meets Transitional President February. Presentation of Report on Human Rights In GB-2010-2012 July. SRSG Horta visits a primary education school June. Opening of Bafata and Buba regional Offices October. Authorities of Guinea-Bissau burned 4.478gs of drug seized some time earlier at  Bissau airport. UNIOGBISROLSI was present October. SRSG with  popultaions in Catio On 31 December 2012 UN SG Ban Ki-moon appointed José Ramos-Horta -left- of Timor-Leste as his SRSG in Guinea-Bissau. He succeeded Joseph Mutaboba on 31 January 2013. September. UN Opens Field Office In Sao Domingos SRSG left Bissau since 23 February for a series of meetings in Nigeria-Cote d’Ivoire-Switzerland-Belgium and Portugal
