Young professionals programme (YPP)

The United Nations is seeking highly qualified nationals of certain countries for employment in order to achieve greater geographical balance of its professional staff. The Young professionals programme (YPP) is a recruitment initiative that brings new talent to the United Nations through an annual entrance examination: more info

Associate Expert Programme (Junior Professional Officer/JPO)

The Programme offers young professionals who are graduates from universities or institutions of higher education an opportunity to acquire professional experience in the technical cooperation of the United Nations Secretariat. An Associate Expert/JPO is recruited under bilateral agreements between the United Nations and donor countries.
